Group Service Meditation

Meditation as service will ultimately allow the individual to grow in illumination, wisdom and the will to do good.  Self-less service brings merit, and merit allows the individual to go even deeper into meditation. Let us join together in meditation not only to spiritually enlighten ourselves but to enlighten and enliven the atmosphere around us—our homes, workplaces, communities, and countries.

Its natural to have emotions come up during the day.  We are sentient beings, meaning we feel things and we remember feelings.  Oh, and the mind does a great job reminding us of feelings.

Have you read somewhere that emotions will last about 90 seconds IF they are not reactivated by our thoughts.  YUP, that's what science is telling us.  So you have a choice to step out of emotion in 90 seconds.  Here's a way out.  Use this practice and see what happens.   

When you find yourself dealing with fear, anger guilt or grief:  Accept, Allow, Trust

  • Accept responsibility for the feeling
  • Allow the feeling to transformed by bringing it up and through the light within your Heart
  • Trust in the light
  • Accept, Allow, Trust  repeat for  two minutes

Energy Clearing and Vitality Exercises

Check with your doctor before any new exercise program. These exercises combine martial arts and yoga to create an energy exercise that clears and vitalizes your energy system. The exercises work with the torroidal field which surrounds your body.

Incorporate these exercises into your daily life and you will develop self mastery, will power and vitality.

  • These exercises are designed to energize, clear and purify your physical, emotional and mental energy bodies.

  • Do a minimum of 10 repetitions each. Do these as often as you choose during the day.

  • Breathe in through your nose, and breathe out through your mouth - as if you are blowing out candles.

  • Keep your knees slightly bent.

Do these exercises for 21 days without missing a day. Something in your life will change! 

  • Do these exercises at the start of your day.

    • Begin with 1- 3 minutes of shaking the body while standing. Shaking the arms and legs, exhaling and inhaling fully.

    • Do one set of exercises as demonstrated on the video.

    • After completion of one set, stand still for one minute with eyes open. Imagine yourself in nature. Be in gratitude for all life.

  • Do these exercises at the end of your day before your evening meal.

    • Begin with 1- 3 minutes of shaking the body while standing. Shaking the arms and legs, exhaling and inhaling fully.

    • Do one set of exercises as demonstrated on the video.

    • After completion of one set, stand still for one minute with eyes open. Imagine yourself in nature. Be in gratitude for all life .

Other suggestions:

  • Do these exercises if you are feeling stressed.

  • Do these exercises when you are confused or emotional.

  • Do these exercises when you are feeling angry.

  • Do not do these exercises while driving. :-)
